When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, phone number, vehicle preferences and any details you choose to provide. We use this to respond, coordinate services and maintain business records.
Who can access it
Authorized Kolnox Auto staff can access enquiries. Where needed to fulfil a request, we may share relevant information with a dealership or independent service provider after explaining the arrangement. We do not sell enquiry lists.
Storage and rights
Enquiries are stored in a configured cloud database. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. Do not submit ID documents, banking information or payment card details through public forms.
